Daniel Carhart runs a hire company in Southern France and when it came to making an addition to his growing fleet Online Plant was on hand to find the perfect machine to match his requirements.

Daniel took delivery of his Volvo EC70, however there was a problem with one of the pumps.

This commitment to customer satisfaction has allowed our export division to grow year on year as Online Plant receives more and more recommendations from satisfied customers. Most recently, we were approached by one of the largest mining companies in Eastern Europe. Representatives from the company came to the UK and spent several days travelling round our nine depots viewing potential machines and speaking to our friendly, well trained staff. As a result, they awarded us the contract to supply machines that will be delivered direct to site, ready for action.

2007 was another fantastic year of growth for Online Plant, smashing all previous records with a massive 32% growth compared with 2006. The main reason for this impressive growth was our commitment to customer satisfaction. We have worked hard to ensure that we maintain our reputation for both quality and honesty.

2007 represents another big year of growth for Online Plant as we look to build on our success and improve the way we do business. One such improvement is our approach towards the purchasing of used equipment. Instead of solely using the British construction market to purchase machines we have now started to purchase good quality used machines worldwide. We believe this will enable us to support the ever increasing and varying demands of the global market as well as maintain our high quality levels of used equipment.
